InTouch: reach the devices behind your Peplink router
InTouch is part of the InControl 2 ecosystem. As well as managing your Peplink routers, it lets you remotely access the local devices connected to them, such as switches and CCTV, from the same cloud dashboard.
InControl 2 vs InTouch
Two tools, one dashboard
Both are available to customers with any Peplink support license. They answer different questions: InControl 2 looks after the Peplink devices themselves, and InTouch reaches the equipment plugged into them.
