InControl 2: run every Peplink device from one screen
InControl 2 is Peplink’s cloud management platform. Every router, access point and switch you register reports into one dashboard, so you can roll out configuration, keep firmware current, watch link quality and reach any device remotely, without a site visit.
Why it matters
Less time configuring, fewer truck rolls
When a network spans tractors, outbuildings, vessels, branches or vehicles, visiting each device is slow and expensive. InControl 2 brings them into one place: you see which links are up, how they are performing and what changed, and you can fix most problems from your desk. Reports build automatically from the data your devices send, so you always have a record of how the network has behaved.
What you can do
Everything you need to manage a Peplink network
Zero-touch configuration
Push settings and firmware to one device or hundreds at once, and schedule changes to SSIDs, firewall rules, outbound policies and switch ports.
SpeedFusion set-up
Build SpeedFusion VPN and bonding tunnels with a guided configurator: choose the topology and the peers, and InControl 2 does the rest.
Monitoring & reports
WAN quality and bandwidth graphs, event logs and automatic reports on usage and uptime across every site.
Alerts
Email alerts and app push notifications when a link drops, a device goes offline or another event you care about happens.
Remote Web Admin
Open the web interface of any registered device straight from the dashboard to dig deeper, with no VPN or port forwarding to set up.
GPS tracking & geofences
Track GPS-enabled routers on a live map with route history, and trigger actions such as alerts or policy changes when a device enters or leaves a zone.
Mobile app
Check connection status, clients and alerts across your organisations from the InControl app for iOS and Android.
API
Pull InControl data into your own dashboards, ticketing or monitoring tools through the InControl API.
Within InControl 2
InTouch: reach the devices behind your router
InControl 2 manages your Peplink devices: monitoring them, checking their health and WAN status, and administering them remotely. InTouch is part of the InControl 2 ecosystem and goes one step further, letting you remotely access the local devices connected to your Peplink router, such as a switch or CCTV.
Licensing
Included with your Peplink support license
Included with any support license
InControl 2 and InTouch are available to customers with any Peplink support license, so there is nothing extra to buy to start managing your devices.
Keep it running
Keep your Peplink support license active to keep access. Renewing or extending cover carries your devices, settings and reports straight on.
If cover lapses
The device shows as offline in InControl 2 until cover is renewed, but its past reports stay available.
See Support Licenses for care plans and InControl options, or ask us which cover suits your devices.
