PrimeCare E (1-Year)

Overview

PrimeCare is Peplink’s care plan for its routers. While a plan is active, the device keeps full SpeedFusion capability (bonding, hot failover and WAN smoothing), receives firmware upgrades, stays connected to InControl 2 for cloud management and monitoring, and remains covered by Peplink’s hardware warranty. Without active PrimeCare, the router continues to provide core networking through its local web interface, but advanced features such as SpeedFusion and InControl access are no longer available.

PrimeCare E applies to Group E devices. Group E covers the Balance 310 5G, Balance 310 Fiber 5G and MAX BR2 Pro. If you need advance hardware replacement and 24/7 support, choose the equivalent PrimeCare+ plan instead.
