Overview
The Peplink MAX BR1 Pro 5G (HW3) is the latest generation of Peplink’s rugged 5G mobile router, now powered by the Qualcomm X65 modem — faster than the previous X62/X55 generations, and with PoE input and Docker edge-computing support added for this hardware revision. Its 2.5Gbps Ethernet WAN port (which can act as a LAN port if needed) ensures connected network devices can run at full speed.
Simultaneous dual-band Wi-Fi 6 with 2×2 MIMO covers client devices and can act as Wi-Fi WAN, while SpeedFusion Hot Failover, Smoothing, and Bandwidth Bonding keep business-critical applications online. Run lightweight apps and diagnostics directly on the router with Docker and 8GB of onboard storage — edge intelligence built in, not bolted on.
