FlexModule Plus 8x GE PoE Module

Overview

The FlexModule Plus 8x GE PoE Module gives an EPX or SDX eight extra 10/100/1000 Ethernet ports, each able to deliver PoE+ at up to 30 W. With a total PoE budget of 240 W it can power access points, IP cameras and VoIP handsets straight from the router.

Every port can be configured as LAN or WAN, so the same module can add wired WAN circuits or extend the local network. It is also compatible with the SDX Pro. Note that the current module (HW2) is not supported in SDX hardware revisions 1–3 or in FlexModule slot 2 of the EPX.
