EssentialCare+ is Peplink’s care plan for non-PrimeCare devices such as the Balance 310X 5G. It keeps the router covered by warranty, entitled to the latest firmware and connected to InControl 2 for cloud management, monitoring and configuration for the full 1-year term.
EssentialCare+ adds advance hardware replacement, so a replacement unit is shipped before the faulty one is returned, and round-the-clock 24/7 technical support – ideal where downtime is costly.
