Overview

EssentialCare is Peplink’s service plan for keeping deployed equipment maintained and supported. This 2-year plan applies to the MBX Expansion Module with 2x 5G modems, the add-in module used to extend the cellular capacity of an MBX chassis.

With EssentialCare in place, the module stays on Peplink’s InControl cloud management platform, receives firmware upgrades, is covered by Peplink’s standard RMA hardware warranty and has access to technical support by ticket during business hours.
