EssentialCare is Peplink’s care plan for non-PrimeCare devices such as the Balance 310X 5G. It keeps the router covered by warranty, entitled to the latest firmware and connected to InControl 2 for cloud management, monitoring and configuration for the full 2-year term.
Hardware faults are handled through standard RMA, with technical support available by support ticket during business hours (8×5). For advance replacement and 24/7 support, choose EssentialCare+.
